We do not collect and store any of the above information of the user or users of this website.
The only information collected is that submitted by supporters of this license application, which is freely offered by the intervenors. We collect this information for the purpose of verifying to the CRTC that you are - in fact - a real person capable of making an informed decision to support or oppose Jenn FM. By submitting a letter in support of Jenn FM, we will not use your identifiable personal information for any other purpose unless we have your consent or we are otherwise required by law.
We do not give, rent or sell this information to any third party with the exception of the Canadian Radio-Television and Telecommunications Commission.
Your personal information is made public by the CRTC for the purposes of the license hearings, and is done so without input from Harvard Broadcasting.
If Jenn FM is successful in receiving a broadcasting license in Edmonton we may contact you to inform you, and possibly enroll you in a listener membership club, to which you may freely be removed. By completing and submitting a letter to the CRTC and Harvard Broadcasting, for the purpose of intervention, you acknowledge your consent to the above.
